Jamie Kolpas (Dancer) born and raised in Los Angeles, Jamie has been dancing since the age of two. By age twelve, she was a member of the Tremaine Teen Company headed by Margureite Derricks and Michael Rooney. While in high school at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), she performed on the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage, as well as being in the LACHSA dance ensemble. In 2005, she performed in the 10th Annual American Choreography Awards. During her senior year of college she was invited to be in the UCSB Student Dance Company, and toured New York, Ohio, and California. Jamie graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BFA in dance in June 2006, at which time she joined the Regina Klenjoski Dance Company. Pamela Debiase (Dancer) born and raised in South Africa, graduated with a BTEC Professional Development Award from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, United Kingdom. She toured the UK with Verve 99 performing work by Simon Birch. In South Africa she worked with the Helen Seaman Dance Company, ELGT Dance Company, Candice Johnstone, Gary Gordon and Christopher Kindo, and in Taiwan for Arts Orient Entertainment and Encore Gardens. Since immigrating to America she has performed with Toezeye Dance Company, FUSION Dance Theater, Collage Dance Theatre and the Regina Klenjoski Dance Company. Pamela was nominated for Outstanding Female Performance in 2006 and 2007 at the Lester Horton Awards. Yesenia Serratos (Dancer) began her training in Mexico City at Ema Pulido Dance Studio in Ballet, Jazz and Modern. She was member of Ballet Arte Neoclasico performing in the Nutcraker, Coppelia and Sleeping Beauty. She also participated in the Premio INBA-UAM with Ensemble Ionizacion Modern Dance Co. In 2001 she moved to Chicago where she performed with Luna Negra Dance Theater, Joel Hall Dancers and Tyego Dance Project. In 2004 she decided to move to LA where she continued her training and started performing with LA Choreographers and Dancers, LA Modern and Ballet Co. Yesenia performed with Media City Ballet in June 2007 in the production of the Men of Ballet Russe and is happy to be working on their next production. She is also happy to work with FUSION Dance Theater for the first time and looking forward for more. Raelle Dorfan (Dancer) born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Raelle immigrated to California in 1999, where she continued her education in dance, choreography production and performance - graduating with a BA degree from UCLA's World Arts & Culture's Dance Department. She has studied various forms of dance such as Ballet, African, Tap, Flamenco, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop & Musical Theater. Raelle currently teaches dance and pilates for kids and adults in Los Angeles, and works at a booking/consulting agency specializing in dance companies and world music/Jazz artists. She is excited to be dancing with FUSION Dance Theater. |
